The studio

Custom Projects was founded in 2003 and has been building production software ever since. We design and build business platforms, operational systems, and high-performance engines for companies with specific problems that generic software cannot solve.

How we work

We are a small, senior team — there are no junior developers here. The people you speak with at the start of a project are the same people who design and build it. We work with a close circle of senior engineers, each with 15 or more years of hands-on experience. We take a limited number of projects at a time to maintain that standard. Several of the systems we have built are still in active use, with our team providing ongoing maintenance and development.

Experience

We have been writing production software since 1997 and operating as a studio since 2003. Individual experience on our team ranges from 15 to 28 years, across business intelligence, ERP, SaaS platforms, consumer applications, blockchain, and high-performance systems. Beyond the named projects, we have built a large number of ETL pipelines, desktop interfaces, web dashboards, and process automation tools — including AI-powered automation using both public and locally-hosted models. We use AI-assisted development as standard practice — not to replace engineering judgment, but to move faster without cutting corners. Our stack spans .NET, Rust, Solidity, Angular, and cloud infrastructure.
